🔹 I. Pre-Exhibition Training
Date: Tuesday, October 28, 2025, 19:00–21:00
Venue: Songshan Cultural & Creative Park, 6F (No. 88, Yanchang Rd., Xinyi Dist., Taipei City)

⚠️ Attendance is mandatory. Anyone absent from the training will be disqualified and replaced by someone on the waiting list.

🔹 II. Working Schedule
Saturday, November 8, 2025 – 08:30–17:30
Sunday, November 9, 2025 – 10:00–17:30
Location: Songshan Cultural & Creative Park, 6F (No. 88, Yanchang Rd., Xinyi Dist., Taipei City)
⚠️ Applicants must commit to the full training and work schedule. Please do not apply if you are unavailable for any part.

🔹 III. Job Roles

◾️Booth Interpreter

• Communicate via email with school representatives prior to the event and study their school information in advance.

• Assist with booth setup and breakdown.

• Act as an English interpreter between international school representatives and local visitors.

◾️Exhibition Assistant

• Tasks include (but are not limited to): directing visitors, managing lecture room entry, signage holding, providing information at the help desk, and promoting activities such as lucky draws.

 

‼️ Final job assignments (Interpreter or Assistant) will be determined and assigned by the organizer based on needs.

🔹 IV. Salary & Benefits

1. Total Compensation: NT $3,600 for both exhibition days.

2. Meals provided on both days.

3. Outstanding performers will receive a Certificate of Recognition, helpful for future job applications or graduate program referrals.

4. Gain firsthand information about European universities and opportunities to learn aboutscholarships and study programs offered by official European institutions in Taiwan.
