1. Taipei Session :

Participation package includes:

Ø Rental of a standard booth, including necessary equipment such as atable, chairs, spotlights, needle punch carpet, wooden slope shelf, socket.

Ø An English-speaking booth assistant for both exhibition days (if youchoose to have one)

Ø E-brochure translation services.

Ø Promotions : including press releases, online advertising, socialmedia exposure, local institution exposure, offline advertising, etc.

Ø Wireless Internet access.

Ø Air-conditioning and lighting within opening hours

Ø Meals, coffee, afternoon snacks, and bottled water will be providedfor exhibitors.

Ø Basic cleaning and security service.

• The actual booth dimension and equipmentwill be flexibly adjusted based on the venue's usage conditions.

2. Kaohsiung Session (Download the Exhibitor Information file)

• The tabletop size of each booth is 60 × 200 cm.
• Each booth occupies an area of approximately 3 × 4 meters.
• Unified booth design with your school’s name on the fascia board
• Lighting (the red-boxed area ): display lighting is provided for every booth.
• Power & Wi-Fi: power outlets are available at each booth, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue.
