Freight & Other Details

  

·      Shipping Addresses (Separate Addresses for Taipei and Kaohsiung)

*** Please ensure that materials intended for the TAIPEI Session and KAOHSIUNG Session are packed and shipped SEPARATELY to the correct delivery addresses.

*** Only materials promoting the individual institution represented at the booth may be distributed. Materials for any other institution or organization are not permitted. ALL promotional materials from agents are strictly prohibited within the exhibition venue and individual booths.

*** Exhibitors are responsible for arranging the transportation and customs clearance of their exhibition materials for the 2026 EEFT event. Exhibitors should appoint their own customs broker or freight forwarder to handle the customs clearance process. Please note that the recipient is unable to arrange customs clearance on behalf of the sender. Any contractual arrangements between the exhibitor and the customs broker or freight forwarder are solely between those parties, and EEFT is not a party to such arrangements.

EEFT shall not be responsible, nor held liable, for any failure to provide services, or make payments, as agreed between the exhibitor and the freight forwarder or customs broker.

n  Make sure that the above information is clearly marked on your shipment and that the correct delivery address is provided for the relevant event location. Sending materials to the wrong event location (Taipei or Kaohsiung) may result in delays or prevent the materials from being delivered to your booth. Exhibitors are strongly advised to carry a small quantity of essential exhibition materials with them when traveling from Europe.

n  Make sure label materials as “Education Materials for Free Distribution, not for Sale".

n  Your shipment will not be insured by the organizers. If you wish it to be insured, please procure your own insurance.

 

·      Official Contractor for EEFT Taipei

Exhibitors are free to decorate their booths, provided that the booth is restored to its original condition after the fair. For the EEFT Taipei Session, if you require additional booth arrangement or decoration services, please contact our official contractor KY-POST DESIGN INTERNATIONAL. CO., LTD directly.

·       Cancellation

Cancellation fees will apply to any withdrawal from the EEFT, regardless of the reason, and will be calculated based on the date on which the original written notice of withdrawal is received. For the complete cancellation policy, please consult“2026 EEFT Terms and Conditions” for more information.
