To representatives of Chinese Citizenship, we regret to inform you that EEFT is unable to facilitate visa application processes
Dear
Representatives of Chinese Citizenship,
Considering
the existing governmental policies, we
regret to inform you that EEFT is unable to facilitate visa application processes due to the unavailability of direct access to Taiwan for individuals holding Chinese citizenship for business activities. Obtaining a short-term business visa
for Chinese nationals entails a rigorous and time-consuming review by multiple supervisory authorities.
Moreover,
it is imperative to provide a compelling rationale to the government, clearly
demonstrating the necessity, urgency, and irreplaceability of having a representative from China engaging in business activities. This justification should include comprehensive personal information of the Chinese participants, encompassing
their names, affiliations, and detailed descriptions of the proposed activities.
It
is crucial to note that despite the thorough application process, there
is no guarantee of visa approval due to the various uncertainties and limitations surrounding the current visa policy.
Considering
these circumstances, and to ensure smooth participation in the EEFT event, we
highly recommend that participating schools designate individuals who are not Chinese citizens and possess fluency in the English language. This proactive measure will help to circumvent the challenges associated with the current visa policy
issues.
Please
accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused, as we are unable to provide visa application assistance due to current restrictions.
