🗂 About the Alumni Speaker:
Born in Taichung, Weilin served as Director of Park Kitchen cooking studio for four years before studying atFerrandi Paris. She trained in both Australia and Paris, immersing herself in competitive culinary environments ��.
Working at Porte12 in Paris allowed her to experience the intensity of a world-class kitchen, fueling her rapid growth and professional maturity.
After returning to Taiwan, she worked as Head Chef at LiNGO’S for seven years and later foundedKUANS LAB in 2024.
She believes that cuisine is a universal language that bridges people through creativity and taste.
